  1. Hi Victor this has happened again but on a different workflow so would you mind taking a look please? This time it's the 'I Want to Appoint' workflow - see SR00000905 for where it errored. It happened when I completed the human task to request references. I'm assuming its for a similar reason as what you advised before but I can't see any decision nodes prior to this task that would affect it. Your assistance as always would be much appreciated. Sam
  2. oh no! When will the defect be fixed do you think? I may have quite a few other static drop downs in other workflows so it would mean a lot of changing at this late stage before go live.
  3. Hi I logged in to do some final run throughs of my progressive captures and workflows today before we go live this week and for some reason the h_custom_a variables have stopped working in the emails for my 3 x My HR Admin workflows. I haven't touched the PC/workflows on these for a while and all looks ok in the set up so no idea why they have stopped working. They work ok on my recruitment workflows. I attach some screen shots for the HR Admin query one so you can see what I have in the Template Email, PC and what actually generates. Any help would be appreciated. Sam
  4. Oh! Yes I am logging in as myself in both and I am a member of the team, that's why its showing in both isn't it, doh!!!!! Mystery solved. Thanks Dan
  5. Nope it hasn't worked. I can still see in both -
  6. Oh sorry, yes the visibility level shows as team - see below. I'm sure this was a new request I raised after changing the setting but I will have another go and let you know if it still doesn't work. Sam
  7. I can see the entry in both timelines ie the live hornbill and also the service portal.
  8. OK so I've amended this setting but it hasn't worked - see screenshots below of the setting and what happens on the customers timeline. I don't want this to appear. Sam
  9. Hi I know how to restrict visibility of certain auto-tasks appearing on the customer request timeline (ie by making the visibility field manual and selecting 'team') but how do you restrict customers from seeing timeline updates when a human task has been allocated? Also I can't restrict other certain auto-tasks like 'Add Request Member' from the customers visibility as the visibility field is not an option. Thanks Sam
  10. OK that's a shame. So if I have used up all of my customer fields in the progressive capture (I.e. up to P) I'm stuck then as I won't be able to use any more in the requests table? Sam
  11. Right, I got over the issue of it not showing but now what it's doing is populating itself with H_custom_b field info from the PG. When I then enter the Employee Number in the field it pulls through this number in the variables in my email despite me saying to put H_custom_b in one field and Extended Information custom 2 in the other field - see email I received below and my email template. Thanks, Sam
  12. It's ok I deleted it out and did it again and it works now.
  13. Hi @Victor OK so I've created 2 extra details fields in my I Want to Recruit Service called Start Date and Employee Number but only Start Date shows up in the Extra Details list. Any idea why? This is how they have been set up and a screen shot of what I can see in the details in a request. Sam
  14. I just created it this morning. It says its field properties are this - ( relatedEntityData.record.h_custom_a ) but I already named a field in my PG as h_custom_a
  15. Hmmm I think I've used all of my custom fields up in the progressive capture as you can only go up to P right?
  16. Hi How do you pull in an item in the details of a request into an auto-email? I have a details field called Start Date that is populated part way through a workflow and then I want to pull it into some auto-emails so wondering how you do this? Thanks Sam
  17. OK ignore this I'm being really thick!! Of course I can still see it as I'm the customer as well as being part of the team, doh! (embarrassed now) Sam
  18. Hi, I changed it to team (see attached) but the customer still sees a timeline update for this email. How can I ensure that the update appears on the team timeline only? Sam
  19. Hi There are certain request updates that we don't want the customer to see on their request timeline but that we still want shown on the request owners timeline. I have been trying this out by selecting manual system timeline update as yes but then visibility as owner (see screenshot of email node) but this seems to have meant the update doesn't show on either timeline?? Can someone advise what I need to configure in an auto task so that the update only shows on the owners timeline please? Thanks, Sam
  20. Oh I see, yes that works for the time being, thanks Mohamed
  21. I can't press anything when I navigate to the chart tab. I'll await the fix! Sam
