  3. Going back to my original query, this is an extract of a report that I've created that lists each request, the date received and the request response time. What I would also like to add into this report is a column that shows the date a particular human task was completed. Can that be done as a column? Request Ref.   4. I'm actually struggling with the Select Ordering tab in general, I tick Group By and Sort Ascending or Descending against columns but it doesn't seem to do anything and then when I go back into the report at a later time the ticks have disappeared. Is there an issue with this? Sam
  5. Hi Steve, yea I have tried this before (although it doesn't seem to want to group at the moment even though I've ticked Group By against Request ID??) It's not really what I'm after though and I think what I want is probably not possible. Sam
  6. This has been helpful and I've managed to get some reports up and running Just another query.....would I be able to bring back 'task completed on' dates in columns for each request rather than each task appearing on a different row? Sam

  8. I will try and follow this guide, I think I want to join my table with h_itsm_requests so I can also report on some request info (eg. date logged) but getting an error at the moment.

  12. Hi Is there a way of reporting on the dates when a Human Task is completed? A lot of our recruitment performance indicators are based around time taken between one task and the next so I was wondering if I could design a report that pulls this out? Sam
  13. Hi I'm trying to create some measures in the advanced analytics and want to count the number of service requests received each month by a particular catalog item. I've looked at the Main Request Table on the wiki but can't seem to see a column name I can use to determine I only want to measure a particular catalog item. Am I missing it? Thanks Sam

  18. No the user will have replied from outlook or another similar type mailbox. The message updates the timeline but there's no attachment. So if someone responds to an email received in outlook does the attachment just not come through? Sam
  19. Hi I'm having an on-going issue with setting up extra details. I've set up 2 in my I Want to Recruit service - 'Start Date' and 'Employee Number' as you will see from the first screenshot. I have used Custom_A and Custom_B fields. They seem to work ok and then suddenly 'Start Date' disappears from Details in the request - see second screen shot. I've tried adding them in via the service and via the details 'design' option but still get the same issue. Why is this happening? Sam

  21. Hi If someone responds to an email sent from a request (with the ref in the title) and includes an attachment, should it attach the attachment into the request? Sam

  23. Morning @Victor, I'm looking at it with fresh eyes this morning and think I've rectified it based on your previous response . I do however still feel concerned about what happens if an error occurs midway through a recruitment workflow once we are live so would appreciate your views re this, thanks. Sam
  24. I'm also concerned about what happens if this occurs once live as it seems that once an error is hit you can't refresh a request/continue with a request once fixed. This will be a nightmare for our recruitment workflows as they are so long and take place over a couple of weeks/months so it would be real pain to have to start the request all over again if an error occurs and I doubt the customers would be happy. Is there any advice on what to do if errors occur in live? Thanks, Sam
