Hi In one of our ProCaps we have date pickers that we then pull in via custom fields into an auto-email. The dates however are presenting in American format (see example attached) and we want to change this to DD/MM/YYYY. We have amended the user details (including the system administrator) to the date format that we want but it still hasn't fixed it. Can you advise where we need to specify the date format we want presented in auto-emails please? Thanks Sam

@James Ainsworth I'm just looking at authorisation again and want to clarify that even if you used the Auto Assign Authorisation Node, the authorisers you select would need to have the collaboration role and can't just be basic users? Thanks Sam

Thanks @Victor, yes I noticed also that selecting custom expressions on Goto If's has also changed whereby you have to click on a Mathematics symbol (Σ) now to select the flowcode. All very confusing lol Sam

Please disregard my last message @Victor, there's no issue after all. I've been out of the office for 3 weeks and thing have changed, ie I didn't realise we now have to save and then publish a BP every time we make a change to it so it keeps a version control, doh!!

Hi @Victor, once again we have this same error occurring but I can't fix it this time with using 'no match'. It's the same scenario as before ie I have a decision in a BP based on a previous decision in the ProCap but nothing seems to work. The BP is one a colleague of mine has create called SAP Business Support, and an example request with the error is SR00001121. The error happens if you select yes or no. Hope you can help. We are trying to add a Flowcode from a branch to a multiple answer question. Unfortunately the system defaults the Custom Expression to ‘Last Node>Outcome’ and I am unable to change it ie to what question we want the decision based on. The Business Process is for SAP Business Support. I’m sure this is something small that I am overlooking, however would you be able to assist? I didn't build this workflow so its hard for me to know what's been done/not done. Sam

OK, It does happen quite often if we haven't configured the GotoIf correctly but it hadn't happened before when one of the Form Field configurations was wrong so it is a bit weird.

I've just fixed it. One of the questions had a blank field ID, doh! I'm not having a good morning this morning am I! It must be Friday Sam

Clicking next just means it just whirls around and doesn't load the next custom form. You have to click cancel to exit.

Hi I've been looking at previous topics on Authorisation Nodes and they have been very helpful in how to set up authorisations for multiple authorisers etc however what I'm missing is if I set a user up to be the authoriser, e.g. the manager of the service, how do they know they have something to authorise? what do they receive?? It appears as a task in the request but they won't necessarily have access to this as they aren't in the team so I'm a bit miffed? Sam

I have the following simple ProCap so didn't envisage any problems but when the Request type is selected as 'Shopping Cart Approval' the 'Shopping Cart Details' form won't load. Usually this is because there is something wrong with the Goto If but I can't see anything wrong in this instance. What am I missing? (I did have Never Skip Form as False to start with but this didn't work either) Thanks Sam
