Hi I'm creating some new request views and have crated some nice graphs for them as this is a really useful tool. When I go in to amend a graph though I keep getting this come up and it doesn't let me update. Why is this? What do I do to get around this? Thanks, Sam

I think I understand what you are saying. I will take a look tomorrow and see if I can rectify. I may need to change the order of the decisions in the BP. Thanks Sam

Hi Victor, Its my HRA I Want to Advertise BP. It's the Internal Only decision on the attached extract and only errors if it is internal only. If it's not its fine. The decision node is based on the answer to a question on the I Want to Advertise progressive capture - The Advert custom form. Sam

I keep getting this error in one of my workflows and can't for the life of me identify what I've done wrong. I have checked that I am pulling through the right form details prior to the decision and checked I am indicating the right answer in the custom expression but it still errors. What other reasons might this error occur? Sam

Yes it still errors even though I have "Directorates" selected as data provider

I have quite a few of those in other progressive captures. Lets hope I don't have to amend them. Where you say "One or more of these forms have one or more fields as dynamic checkbox or list which is missing some configuration (the data provider most likely)", I'm not sure what configuration is missing. All very interesting. My progressive capture is very simple and only include one dymanic drop down list. I changed this to look for the VALUE but still got the error. I did however do as suggested earlier and just saved it rather than save and activate and it saved ok. I then reactivated from the BPM list. I hope this doesn't start happening on other ones! Sam

Hi I made a slight amendment to a question in a progressive capture and now when I try to save it I get the error - The Element was expected at location " Any pointers as to what would be wrong? Thanks Sam

I've attached both mailboxes to my roles but still can't see them listed in the top left hand corner. All I can see is this: Are there any other setting I need to have in place in order the give myself the access to the multiple shared folders? Thanks Sam

Hiya Some of my request analysts have access to more than one mailbox, including myself. I can't however see how you can toggle between the different mailboxes in Hornbill Live and therefore can currently only view one of them. Can someone advice please? Thanks Samantha

Hi I've created some custom views on my request list that have graphs too. I have shared the views with certain users but they can only view them as lists and can't see the graphs. They don't have the graphs icon next to the Views icon??? How can they see the graph views I've created? Thanks Sam

Thanks Alex, this is cool but the example doesn't quite help me fully as it doesn't explain what I need to put in the Expression field if I just don't want a variable to show if a field value is blank. This is an example of the email I'm creating. Basically as the customer didn't enter info for a 3rd device I want {{.H_custom_f}} and {{.H_custom_g}} to not appear. Sam

Hi I've been using a lot of Custom Variables e.g. {{.H_custom_a}} to pull through form responses into auto-emails. I have instances however where the customer may have left a field blank when they completed the online form so what happens is that when the email is received the customer sees {{.H_custom_a}} in the email text and will wonder what that is. Is there a way of presenting a blank instead of a variable name in instances like this? Thanks Samantha

It doesn't cancel the request automatically though as I thought it would as I've set a Cancel Request Node

Maybe if you could just advise what you would do in a workflow to cancel a request straight away if a certain question was answered in the capture that might help me sort it out. Much appreciated. Sam
