  1. To be honest the Phone calls side is not a worry as the numbers are not showing, which is our issue lol
  2. This is the same for Me, since applying the update on Monday this is our view and for all staff.
  3. Can you please look into this again. I have been informed this is still and ongoing issue for staff, see the time is 06/09/17 @11:34 and the call still on hold.
  4. @Bob DickinsonSorry for the delayed response, just wanted to say thank you this has worked.
  5. Steven, That does not seem to be working still getting the same errors, I have attached screen shots. I have set the Get Info auto task and linked the Form ID. Colin. Picker.docx
  6. I am trying to use the new variable picker on our SCDC New starter to auto populate the summary and description without much joy at the moment. Can you advise what i'm missing? Progress Capture Name: 3CICT - New Starter SCDC BPM Name: 3CICT - New Starter SCDC Error: Line Timestamp Severity Group TID Description 2214839 29-06-2017 22:25 error comms 3948 Operation[apps/com.hornbill.servicemanager/Requests/bpmOperation:getReqQuestions] FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.servicemanager/entities/Requests/fc_bpm/getReqQuestions): Input parameter validation error: The element <formId> was expected at location ''
  7. Good Evening, following yesterdays inspiring Hornbill conference, I have taken away the real desire to make this collaboration tool work, however I am also getting the same issue trying to remove the current forums. It appears members have been deleted or removed and as such a couple of our forums will not delete, these are currently owned by LJBrown in our team. I really want to delete the existing boards other than the 3C Shared Service board. I will then set new, better focused and relevant forums before I publish the new working method to our teams. Are you able to help?
  8. @Gerry To just check is this saying that shortly we should have the feature to set scheduled calls to automatically generate on a timescaled basis, like in the old supportworks system. I.e, the first day of each month? P.s updating posts at 01:22 wow that is commitment!
  9. The main issue with that was that we often pass calls between teams and the users forget to pass the linked tasks. This would then stop the users in the other team of completing the task.
  10. Steve, @Gerry As a result of making this switch I have had many comments about the number of notifications now being received. Are we able to stop the task notifications just for these linked to the Service request assignee role?
  11. Thank you for looking at this and I will look to update the system shortly.
  12. David, Please see the attached for the date place on hold and when manually taken off hold. Anything else let me know. Hold Call.docx
  13. Thank you both for your replies, I think I will try the approach that @Gerry has suggested, do you know if this will show who completed the task? We are using the complete on someone else behalf the issue is the request to do this keeps coming to the same few people and trying to reduce single point dependencies.
  14. Good Morning, This is point we have raised before and I was wondering if there was any potential development on the feature. This is the ability for the system to be able to automatically reassign tasks associated to a call to the new assign user. Currently all users are having to manually reassign each task, if they then forget, we are having to chase them up or log in as the admin account to reassign. Can you provide any updates. Thank you Colin
  15. I have had a user identify a couple of calls that do not appear to be coming off hold when requested. The image attached should have had the call come off hold on: 05/05/17 - 17:24, you can see however on the 09/05/17 the call appear to still be held with the option to resume.
  16. The asset management system is something that we are now gathering information together to look at importing our current inventory. It would be usseful if I could change the default drop downs, for instance 'Operational State' I would like to amend the current values to established terms within the business from our current inventory. I have looked in the admin console but can see where I can do this is possible? Is it also possible to have a default automatic option to also show who created the asset record and the last amendment. I can see it does show the date of creation and amendment but the user would be nice also.
  17. @Victor We are having the same issue since completing the update this morning
  18. @Victor Thank you very much for the feedback on this.
  19. One of our users have attempted to use the feedback function and received the attached error. Im not sure why the feedback event already exists?
  20. @Martyn Houghton Where would I find this, I'm I being stupid? As soon as I click the option it brings the save as option with and open option lie I would expect. Thank you for the reply
  21. Can you please advise how I can set hornbill to open documents directly. Currently I am having to save every document locally before I can open these.
  22. @ArmandoDM I have now completed the update and can confirm this is now all working.
