Reason for this currently a boards can only be assigned to teams however only our management looks at this and I don't want them to be a selectable entity to assign tickets So some separation would be nice Forum Admin Edit: The functionality was provided in one of the earlier Service Manager builds. Steven Boardman Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Hi Gywnne We are shortly going to be releasing the next build of Service Manager and this include the ability to share boards with multiple teams, and with specific individuals, see the following on the wiki of the upcoming functionality: Wiki: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/My_Boards This will allow you to assign users to boards, and they will not need to be members of teams Hope that helps?
