Guest Chaz Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 Hi Tina, in the new admin tool, it can be found under the following path: System > Data > Profiles If you want to edit the request categories, they're under 'Request' and closure categories can be found under 'Closure' Hope that helps.
