Is it possible to use the custom button to point at a locally stored file or application

Slightly different is it possible to set up custom buttons for all users? or does each user have to create their own

thanks for your post.

Custom buttons were originally designed to allow the user to a specified URL, but also allow the URL to be constructed based on some Service Manager variables that are provided e.g. Summary, Request reference etc. Once configured, the buttons are available to all users.
