Graham
@Ben Maddams That's definitely progress! The job is executing, in that the Powershell script is being processed, and it's the Powershell operation that's failing. I'll take a look at the package. Graham
@Ben Maddams Do you have the latest version of the AD User package installed? You can check by going into the Installed Packages section within ITOM in Hornbill. Version 25 is the latest.
Graham
@Ben Maddams We have now been able to replicate this problem internally, and are currently working on a fix.
Steve G
Hi @Ben Maddams, This was an issue in that operation, which has now been fixed and released to live. Please update your copy of the AD User Management package to v26 from the Package Library, and try again. Cheers, Steve
Ben Maddams
@Steve G @Graham Thanks for all your assistance with this! Have just got back from Easter break and happy to report this has worked first time testing with no changes. Appreciate this was a bit of a back-and-forth and can't thank you enough. Looking forward to the options this opens up to our organisation. Ben
