R Hicks
Hi there I have tried to put an image into an intelligent capture using markup including the hypermark up of both Markup Displayed As some [[File:https://www.hornbill.com/images/logo.png]] text and using the full copied image link some [[File:https://lon-p01-api.hornbill.com/<instance>/dav/share/img/inline/7YXGiDycsHB?t=1695287820740]] text but the most I get is a image not downloaded type of image. I have tried both methods in both the Label - Label 2 field and in the Default Value in a Label field but neither has worked so far. What am I missing please
Conor
@R Hicks try putting the markup in the description field. The below works for me: This is the text in the description field for comparison: [[file:https://www.phplist.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/read-black.png|40px]] Please check that you are connected to the internet and within range of your wifi router 1. In the toolbar on your device look for the wifi icon [[file:https://image.freepik.com/free-icon/wifi-full-signal-interface-symbol_318-49644.jpg|40px]] 2. If the bars are low or not present, please move closer to your wifi router 3. If there are signal bars, please ensure there is no '''!''' indicating no internet access [[file:https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-c9wsn5pHs5U/V_P-wLZPIQI/AAAAAAAABgM/N4MJWlbLUhUaDY7t6jNlGI8-8B8Ej9GNgCLcB/s1600/No_Network_an-512.png|40px]] 4. If there is no '''!''' please click on the wifi icon and check you are connected to the correct wifi network 5. If you are on the correct wifi network please check the wifi router to see if there is an internet connection 6. If needed reset your wifi router [[file:http://support.wdc.com/images/kb/9606_9.png|150px]]
Martyn Houghton
@R Hicks As per @Conor advises we have this working in the description field as well. The only observation I would add would be to use the Hornbill Image Library function so you are not reliant on external image URL's. Cheers Martyn
R Hicks
Thanks both that is excellent - I have the images in the image library and I will try in the description it really would help the understanding of the questions being asked
R Hicks
I am using chrome and this is what I get when I try to use the capture. My field Description is set to [[File:https://www.hornbill.com/images/Catalog Network - Cisco AnyConnect.PNG]] Is this a chrome setting think or a PICNIC thing
HHH
@R HicksThere appears to be spaces in the URL. Enclose it in quotes
R Hicks
All spaces removed from the filenames and it is still the same
Steve Giller
https://www.hornbill.com/images/Catalog Network - Cisco AnyConnect.PNG is not a valid URL In the Image Library hover over the picture, and the first (clipboard) icon will copy the correct URL that you can insert between [[file: and ]]
