LawesD
External authorisation emails sent from the BPM node have a character limit of 1024 characters, taken from in its details field. Can we increase this as we constantly need to add more information than it can currently hold. Please & Thank you. David
Steve Giller
I'm not aware of any plans to change External Authorisations at present. These offer, by design, relatively basic functionality available to all Customers, as opposed to the Full Authorisations which require a Collaboration License and offer enhanced functionality.
Berto2002
+1 Request this relatively simple enhancement to 2048 chars would be enough for us please. The issue is that when a user requests something, we include the variable for the description so the External Authoriser can see what is being requested. Sometimes that is a large amount of text and it overflows. We have worked around it by asking our users to "click here" to view the ticket but that's giving them more work to do which is kinda grating when we're trying to reduce clicks etc.

LawesD
Yep that's fair. We've limited the amount of information in response.
