Hi
I have an issue which has failed about 15 tickets on authorising.
I've tried to do a restart but it says it cant restart the process as it just errors again.

Concerned this maybe ongoing as another two came in as I type this.

@Smurfy I'll split your comment into a separate thread. I have seen that error before, on occasion so at this point I have no evidence that the error you see on authorisations has anything to do with the issue discussed on this thread.

For reference this was the thread this was posted originally.

It started happening this morning.

This is going to impact us a lot.

As this has been split out on the forum as being separate issue to this morning's rollback, I need to raise this to Premier Support as a new issue as we use Ext Auth a lot.
