Smurfy Posted April 28, 2022 Posted April 28, 2022 Hi I have an issue which has failed about 15 tickets on authorising. I've tried to do a restart but it says it cant restart the process as it just errors again. Concerned this maybe ongoing as another two came in as I type this.

I have seen that error before, on occasion so at this point I have no evidence that the error you see on authorisations has anything to do with the issue discussed on this thread.For reference this was the thread this was posted originally.

Steve Giller Posted April 28, 2022 Posted April 28, 2022 The issue with External Email Authorisations should now be resolved. Workflows with the error above can be restarted to progress the Requests.
