Service Catalogue creation

Have you recently set up a Service Catalogue?  if so what approach did you take, any useful hints, tips and ideas would be much appreciated

Hi Dawn.  I'm a newbie as well.  We are going through our set up at the moment - week 3!.  But we are a little stuck on the catalogue as we have many levels in our current catalogue and Hornbill has two I believe - service and then catalog item.  I'm really interested in what you have learned about catalogue set up.  If you are happy to talk, I'm back from leave on the 31st Aug.  Take care, Damian
