Report Error

Hi,

We are unable to download any new or existing reports and get the following error message 'Error - Failed to save downloaded content'

I have checked with a colleague and they are also getting the same error message. (see attached)

Any advice would be appreciated

@Paul Welby Hornbill is not really packaged for any browser. It works on the majority of browser and the supported browsers and versions are detailed on the wiki but we don't "package" it. Now, I understand from teh above that you are not able to use Chrome in your organisation, can you try DL the reports using Edge then? Meanwhile I can have a look and see why this occurs specifically in IE.
