Adding pictures to snippets

Is it possible to add images into snippets?

A lot of our teams are requesting this and the only way we can get this to work is through setting up templates but we don't want everyone to have access to this part of Hornbill.

@Haroon this doesn't seem possible from what I can see.  Perhaps something the development team can consider as a future enhancement.

+1 from us, although the same thing could be achieved via FAQ if required. Then if you accept this as a solution it sends that to the customer, that should work....

So we have just tested this and found that images, videos and shortened links do not send in emails, maybe this is something that Hornbill can advise as to why these are not sending as designed.

+1 on this. Shortened links and images in snippets would be fantastic. We have multiple teams within our department so having a template for everyone doesn't work as we would be in the hundreds. So being able to have team dependant snippets / personal snippets that allow images and shortened links would cut down on the general clutter! A lot of the emails we send out use shortened links to make things look a little more professional, so having template snippets would save a lot of time.
