E-mailing Suppliers from Requests

Hi,

It doesn't seem to be possible to e-mail supplier contacts directly from requests (unless I am missing something).

This means I still end up having all of my suppliers set up as customers...

As part of the integration work between Supplier and Service Manager, we will present a list of options based on the supplier that has been passed the request. This functionality will be introduced over the coming weeks.

Any news on this, Alex.

I'm just going through the process of moving records from Customer Manager to Supplier Manager, and this was one of the features I need to replicate?

@Darren Rose this integration is our top priority for Supplier Manager at the moment. Hopefully it won't be much longer before it's ready to release.

@AlexTumber was there any traction on this?  I have tried inputting names of supplier contacts from a Service Manager email and they're not coming up?  Was this the intended integration?

Emailing supplier contacts from a service manager request is not something that we've been able to implement yet.

Thanks @AlexTumber, I guess technical hitches shelved this development then as was previously a top priority?
