Add attachments to email template

Hi all, 

I have a BPM set up where I need to email any attached files to a group of people (with no SM access at all) but cant see a way of doing this?

@Dan Munns I think the simple answer is no - you can't do that. As far as I can see there's no option to add an attachment, and certainly not an "Add all attachments from this Request" option.

You could set a Human Task and assign a Service Manager User to email the group and attach the files to it - this can be done from the email option within the request, but there's not a Hornbill Automation to do this.

@Steve Giller can I raise a request to be able to automate this please? Even if there is a human task to select the attachments to add to the email template it would be better than having to do this manually.

+1 for this option...although I can see that it MIGHT be a little cumbersome and would mean that there's a good chance of emailing lots of unrequired attachments to people?
