When searching or selecting drop down lists, screen not refreshing and selections staying visible - since we upgraded to 1393

Since we upgraded to 1393 we seem to be having an issue when we search for requests or select from drop down boxes, they stay visible on the screen when you click out of them. If we select someone's calls from our team in "view", the drop down list stays visible even when you have selected from it and if you refresh the page to clear the drop down list you are taken back to your own requests. We're having to click on the marker circled to clear the selection boxes from the screen, where before just click out of the selection it disappeared. This has been reported to us in IE11 and Chrome. Any ideas??
