  1. Hi @Daniel Dekel I've been looking at the recent change Hornbill did:- New Update: Hornbill Core UI (1679) Accessibility - Added High Contrast Theme and moved the switch to the user's menu. Advanced options are in the user's profile/more view Thank you, this is great and hopefully will really help our user. Unfortunately the one thing I've noticed is the scroll bar isn't visible to scroll down the page when high contrast is selected. I can't see a way of changing this, but with the scroll bar been dark grey and the background black, its not visible. If you put your cursor to the left of the blue border line you can scroll down if you position it accurately where the toolbar is hidden but just wondering if it is possible that the scroll bar can be made visible when in high contrast view? Many thanks, Vikki
  2. Hi @Daniel Dekel Just wondering if there is any progress on this so I can update our customer? Many thanks, Vikki
  3. Hi Daniel, Many thanks for this, yes please if you could let me know when this is ready so I can update our customer. Kind Regards, Vikki
  4. Hi Daniel, Thanks for the info, when you said you could add an option similar to Dark Mode, is this something you can do or did you mean for us to turn dark mode on in settings (as per your screen shot)? Is there any plans to have an option for users to customize their own views in the future? So they could set a colour/size/font etc they wanted, filter what they wanted to view on the main page, display etc. Just need to be able to feedback to our customer if there is future plans for this to happen to help users who are visually impaired. Many thanks, Vikki
  5. Hi Daniel, Thanks for your reply. We already have the layout under My Services set as a list, I think the difficulty is viewing across the screen so he said if it was in a long list going down (one column as oppose to three), this would make it much easier to navigate and view. I'm not familiar with Dark Theme, would it be possible to attach a screen shot of how it would look? Thanks, Vikki
  6. Hi Daniel, He finds the layout difficult, especially how its displayed under "My Services", he would find it much easier if it was in one long list with no spaces, as it's more difficult to see moving across the page. Ideally the colour would be black text over a white background. He currently uses a microsoft magnifier. Thanks, Vikki
  7. Hi, I was going to enquire about the same thing for one of our customers who is visually impaired. He struggles to use the Employee Portal because of layout, colours etc and was surprised that there seems to be no option to configure this himself. Thanks, Vikki
  8. Hi, We have also just had this reported to us today. It looks like it started happening later on the 10th and also affected all the calls that came in on the 11th and 12th to this particular team. However she has started receiving email notifications of calls assigned to her team today. Thanks, Vikki
  9. Hi @Miro Apologies for the late response, we tested a few different forms and realised the issue was only in IE and Edge but didn't affect Chrome. We didn't look any further into the actual forms. Sounds like you've got a fix in the pipeline, thanks for your help Vikki
  10. No still not working for me either (tested in IE and Chrome)...
  11. We've noticed users are able to submit calls without mandatory fields been completed on forms on the Employee Portal. This happens in IE and Edge, although when tested through Chrome it works as it should do and won't allow you to submit the form without completing mandatory fields. Please can this be looked into? Thanks!
  12. We have the same issue, tested through IE, Chrome and Edge....
  13. Many thanks for your quick response Deen, all working fine again now
  14. This is also affecting us. When we get the error it does put the call on hold, but doesn't update the timeline saying this.
  15. Having same issue and I've just logged this with Hornbill. I've been told there is an issue with IE 11 and to use Chrome/Edge as they are working on a fix, but we are having issues with Chrome too???
  16. Hi Trevor Many thanks for your response. I have passed this onto our user who is happy this has answered his query. Thanks again for all your help. Vikki
  17. Hi Trevor, Daniel, Many thanks for your quick response and help with this. Our user who reported this has tested the fix and asked if you can confirm the following:- Is it intended for the <img> tag to be in the DOM, but just blocked by the Content-Security-Policy? I would expect the <img> tags shouldn’t be added to the DOM until the ‘Load external images’ button is pressed. Please see screen shot from the Chrome dev console. Also does this fix break the ‘Load external images’ functionality? Or does loading external images use a different method where the Content-Security-Policy img-src is not enforced?? Just to confirm the fix has been tested in IE (Citrix) and Chrome (local). Many thanks
  18. One of our users has reported when dealing with a phishing incident report from a customer in Hornbill, he noticed that the page was making a request to the phishing site, even though he did not click the link and had not opted to download external images. He is quite concerned that a secure/trusted origin containing personal data, is making requests to external, untrusted resources that are referenced in the body of emails from customers, unless you specifically click the 'Download external images' button. Even though the email is loaded from the customer in a sandboxed iFrame, the 'allow-same-origin', 'allow-popups' and 'allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox' attributes are used, so it's not a full sandbox. Please can you advise/look into this? Many thanks.
  19. Since we upgraded to 1393 we seem to be having an issue when we search for requests or select from drop down boxes, they stay visible on the screen when you click out of them. If we select someone's calls from our team in "view", the drop down list stays visible even when you have selected from it and if you refresh the page to clear the drop down list you are taken back to your own requests. We're having to click on the marker circled to clear the selection boxes from the screen, where before just click out of the selection it disappeared. This has been reported to us in IE11 and Chrome. Any ideas??
