Add to Board Manager by BPM

I am sure I must be missing something simple, but how do you add a request to the Board in the New Board Manager from the BPM?

I can see how you would do it with the Service Manager Boards, but not with the new Board Manager ones. I can also see how you do it in the SLA Escalations actions, but I want to add it to the board as soon as it is logged based on it fitting certain criteria.

Hopefully someone can enlighten me what I have missed.

As always, just after posting I then realised what I had missed and I need to change the entity to card and not board. Was not thinking at the right level (in more ways than one ).

Hi @James Ainsworth, just thought it would be worth feeding back on the documentation as I'm trying to integrate Board Manager into some processes I'm building. The documentation was useful, but only up to a certain point. I found it hard to extract exactly how I'd use it to do what I want from that wiki page. What @Ehsan has written in the other thread linked above was exactly the little bit that I needed that I think was lacking from the documentation. Maybe it is there on the wiki and I missed it, but the explanation and screenshots in the other thread were brilliantly clear.

Thanks for the feedback Chris.  I'll review the other discussion and see if there are elements that can be included in the documentation.
