Steven Boardman Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 @HHH an analyst does not need the service manager role to perform certain actions on a service including the ability to add bulletins and FAQ's. If a user belong's to a service's supporting team they have a cut down view of the service and options they can perform More information on service Access is covered here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Service_Details Whilst such a user above would not see the Service Portfolio view, they can open their limited service view from request forms, and the request list In regards to the offering business process options to automate this, i will raise this as a feature request and feedback as it progresses Steve 1 1
