Add bulletin through BPM

+1 would complement nicely with my request that would allow any Service's Status to be changed via BPM (not the one the request is raised against which is what we can do right now)

@HHH an analyst does not need the service manager role to perform certain actions on a service including the ability to add bulletins and FAQ's.

If a user belong's to a service's supporting team they have a cut down view of the service and options they can perform

Whilst such a user above would not see the Service Portfolio view, they can open their limited service view from request forms,  and the request list

In regards to the offering business process options to automate this, i will raise this as a feature request and feedback as it progresses
