Email Formatting

When sending an email from a request, is it possible to add some formatting to the text like Underline, Bold, Italics etc?

Currently, we cannot find a way of performing these actions from the defaulted options:

@Jeremy we are currently working on a story which will revamp the email action item, it will include:

• Able to use backend templates
• Maintain option for including linked attachments
• On selection of a backend template the content including resolved variables is visible and can be edited (Preview)
• Rich text editor with tool bar buttons for formatting text: Colour, font, underline, bold, italic, links, etc
• Use existing request email template

Hopefully this will address what you are looking for here. 

This story is currently in development so you should see these options in the not to distant future once this is completed, tested and if no issues / blockers are found etc.

Keep an eye out on the release notes of Service Manager updates, but we will also post back here once the feature is available
