Guest
@Charlie Jones Could you give it about 5 minutes and try to login please? We have applied a fix for you. Kindly update us on the outcome. Thanks Pamela
Victor
Our investigation so far indicated that the issue only affects users having the "Super User Role" associated to their user account. Temporarily removing this role for any affected user should fix this issue. You would most likely need to use the "admin" account to log in and perform this exercise. We will keep you updated on this.

TrevorKillick
We have applied a workaround to all known affected customers if anyone else is affected please reply here or raise a support request with @Victor and we can apply the workaround ASAP. We are still working on the underlying issue. Again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused this morning. Harry
Hello, we are having this issue too with one member of our team, he doesn't have "super user role" .
Harry
I added super user role, seemed to have worked, or possibly you fixed it?
TrevorKillick
@Harry I have checked your instance and you shouldn't have been affected by the underlying issue we have here, the fix has not been released to live yet we are still working on it. Victor
The underlying cause for the issue discussed here has been addressed in ESP platform build 2935 which is scheduled for deployment in live instances today.
