lee mcdermott Posted July 9, 2018 Posted July 9, 2018 Hi, We have just noticed when updating a call there is no option anymore to select Team. The only selection available is "Customer". Is this a known Fault? or caused by any recent updates? It seems to be affecting all calls. thanks lee
