lee mcdermott
Hi, We have just noticed when updating a call there is no option anymore to select Team. The only selection available is "Customer". Is this a known Fault? or caused by any recent updates? It seems to be affecting all calls. thanks lee
Victor
@lee mcdermott are you able to click on that button or clicking on it (to open the popup) does not work? EDIT: nvm, I see the issue.. I'll ask dev team to look into this asap

Martyn Houghton
@Victor This is affecting us as well and causing some concern as we are not able to update tickets with internal comments on them. Is there a timescale regarding a fix for this? Cheers Martyn
Victor
@lee mcdermott @Martyn Houghton - Core team is preparing a patch update as we speak
Martyn Houghton
@Victor Thanks for the update. As you mentioned 'Core team', will this be a Collaboration update rather than Service Manager? Cheers Martyn
Victor
Just now, Martyn Houghton said: As you mentioned 'Core team', will this be a Collaboration update rather than Service Manager? @Martyn Houghton yes, that's correct.. Apologies I was in a hurry there, I should have posted "Core Collaboration" rather than just "Core"
