Since applying today's update I cannot raise a Service Request from the Live Portal - only Incidents can be raised.

This is across all services and has not affected the Service Portal.

@DeadMeatGF on a service record could you check the request configuration and see if the slider is on for Service Requests this is a new feature in the latest update and should have respected your current config, if it is off can you turn it on again and try raising a service request again?

The SR is no available as a Catalog Item:

These are the available Incidents - there is also (on that Service) an SR for access to internet sites:

As you can see it should appear on both Service Desk and Portal - it's fine on the Portal but not in the SD view:
