Martyn Houghton Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 @Prathmesh Patel You can achieve this using the iBridge integration currently using 3rd integration with Twilio or Nexmo https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Hornbill_iBridge We looking to start using Twilio for our out of hours process, using the BPM to send the message if it is a high priority.
