Dan Munns Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 @Stuart Torres-Catmur is this a new/edited process or has it just suddenly started happening? Have you tried restarting the BPM? Do you have any breadcrumbs / checkpoints set up in the BPM to narrow down exactly where it is failing? Can you attach the BPM to this forum post?

Stuart Torres-Catmur Posted November 16, 2017 Author Posted November 16, 2017 hi @Victor I didn't design the workflow, so to be honest I don't know. Our Change Manager who designed it is on leave currently and the officer covering for him is trying to process incoming requests.
