  1. Hi I am just picking up on this and was wondering if you can provide a snippet from an example please. Struggling to take the ticket off-hold once an email is received, when the ticket is manually updated it comes off-hold. Should I not be using the suspend node? Thanks for your help. Kind Regards, Salma
  2. @samwoo thank you so much for sharing your example it is exactly what I needed Kind Regards, Salma
  3. Hi James, Thank you for getting back to me. I am afraid it still doesn't clear the value Kind Regards, Salma
  4. Hi Steve, Thank you for your suggestion I think I will give this a go...For the self service portal the customer would be the person who is logged on is there a way to bring up the information based on the user logged in instead of using the customer search. Kind Regards, Salma
  5. Hi James, Apologies for the late reply. It was more so for a user to create one single request who wanted order equipment such as Monitor, Keyboard, mouse , docking station, headset. The list is big so wanted a way that they could select what they wanted from a dropdown and possibly the quantity could be different for each hardware too. Kind Regards, Salma
  6. Hi I was wondering whether you can help I have a human task that requires to be completed, however there are additional outcome fields that require to be populated. The Completed button is initially disabled, what we have noticed is that if the last field is a date field and it is mandatory without clicking on any empty space it does not enable the completed button once the value has been populated. It is either to do with the onfocus or onclick functionality for the date field causing the issue . This issue does not exist with a single text field being the last field on the task. I was wondering whether there is any workarounds/ solutions to this. Thank you. Please see below for an example. Kind Regards, Salma
  7. Hi James, I did try that option once I had posted, like you mentioned I don't think it is enough especially as cost centre is not an available field. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help. Kind Regards, Salma
  8. Hi James, We are looking to add in the progressive capture. I am not sure whether you are still developing the feature but if you look at the example below we would like the user to ideally select multiple options but it says you can only select 1 item. (Ignore that this example is for customer) Kind regards, Salma
  9. Hiya Steve, Thanks for your reply. Ideally I would like a prompt/warning box to say that the customer does not have a manager set or if that is not possible could we have it displayed in the right hand pane (manager and cost centre information is what I am after). The scenario is that if it is a SR that requires approval from a manager or budget holder if both are not populated there is little point in submitting the form. Kind Regards, Salma
  10. Hi All, Once the user has been selected in the dropdown list on the progressive capture, I would like to display more information about the user, e.g. manager, cost centre etc. is there a way of getting more information about the user to be displayed on the form? Once this information has been retrieved, I would also like to notify the person filling the form that the manager field is empty for example, is this possible? Thank you. Kind Regards, Salma
  11. Hi Within the external authorisation nodes is there a way of adding multiple email addresses to the "To" Field. I have tried a semi-colon and a comma both of which did not work and said that the email address was invalid. Kind Regards,
  12. Hi Is there a way of importing a list of countries in to a table which we can then use to populate a dynamic dropdown list? Kind Regards, Salma
  13. Hi We are looking for a way where a user can select multiple options from a dropdown list. Is there a way of doing this? There are lots of different option so checkbox list won't be suitable in this scenario. Kind Regards, Salma
  14. Hi James, Thank you for your reply. In dropdown 1 the options are yes/no In dropdown2 there are also two option - remove, upgrade When dropdown 1 is set to "yes" dropdown 2 becomes visible if you have selected any of the values in dropdown 2 it will retain that value even if you went back and decide the selection in dropdown 1 was incorrect and update it to "no" Hope that makes sense Kind Regards, Salma
  15. Thanks Victor Samrai talked us through this and it worked like a treat. Kind Regards, Salma
  16. Hi I was wondering whether anyone can help. I have a dropdown list which has a yes/no answer, depending on the selection it shows another dropdown list which has an override flag to make it visible and mandatory, if the first dropdown list has a selection of "yes". If the value of the first dropdown was "yes" and the second dropdown was also populated and then the user decides that their selection in the first dropdown was incorrect and sets it to "No" it will make the second dropdown not visible which is correct however, it does not clear the value of the second dropdown. How do you clear the value of a dropdown which is no longer visible. Kind Regards, Salma
  17. sorry Victor trying to figure out how this is going to work The BPM is as follows: all I want is the ticket to be on-hold until the child ticket is resolved. If possible could you provide an example. Thank you.
  18. Hi Victor, We are trying to achieve the same as Logan where we have a child ticket that is being raised from a parent ticket. We would like the parent ticket to go on-hold until the child ticket is resolved (that is if someone has not manually taken it off-hold and moved the ticket along) Could you please provide an example of how we can achieve this. Thank you. Kind Regards, Salma
  19. Hi We are looking for a similar solution, any progress on this? Kind Regards, Salma
