  1. Afternoon We would like to start using resolution categories but limited to only some services. As soon as I add any categories to the closure profile it enforces a resolution category during all resolution actions Is possible to enable it only where a resolution category level is set in the service portfolio configuration? thanks Andy

  3. we have had a reasonable amount of feedback from the service desk team enquiring to whether it would be possible have a search function that could be used when raising a ticket as an agent. is this something that has been looked into before? It would help the service desk log tickets in the correct catalogue items and improve management information thanks Andy

  6. When creating a dashboard. Is it possible to stop the visualisation of the widget from rotating the order of the list items?? They keep changing and moving even though the data is static thanks Andy

Morning after some great help from @Ricky and Dan Riley we have been able to ready the ITOM platform @ WW for wider use Before we can commit the time and resource to expanding the automation enablement through ITOM I need to better understand timescales for ITOM to become a supported product component and the likely costs we would incur once the product has been commercialised. Is there an update on these items to allow us to plan the way forward?? thanks Andy

  15. thanks @Ehsan, just to confirm, this is a system wide setting only. There is no way that each workflow/ task can be treated differently? We have some workflows where the tasks are prerequisites to the process completion & some where we wish to create the task to be completed but it is not a dependency on the customer request being fulfilled? thanks Andy
  16. Hi I am struggling to figure out a way to get the BPM to assign a task to a team as part of a workflow but the resolution of that ticket to not be dependent on the completion of the task Does anyone know if this is possible? thanks Andy
