Do you find this to be the same suspect sites each time? It might be worth looking at the database direct for exactly what gets printed in the table as the site code and compare with the expression to see if there is some kind of mismatch somewhere

Not the same site, nor the same category. Also seems to be really adhoc so difficult to track examples.

  2. @Victor The site is set by a site selection node early on in the intelligent capture:

Then in the workflow, there are two 'get request information' nodes before it gets to the site allocation to teams area of the flow shown in my previous reply. It should be noted that the Service Delivery team, which is our no match option, are not receiving every single job logged for our Facilities team, only a select few. The jobs they are receiving range across different categories, different locations and different teams.

The flows are definitely not failing down the no match question set, because that is a basic free text option whereas the proper question sets we use are much more detailed and we can see these are being used in the incorrectly allocated jobs.

We have a get information right before the site allocation, nothing has changed about the sites or how we do it over the weekend and so I'm really struggling to see what is causing this. All our sites are allocated to a geographical division and the decisions are based off what site they chose > what division this is > what team looks after it. The failsafe no match is intermittently being used and I can't figure why!

    Good afternoon

Today, we have had a few requests fail down our no match route. They were both the same category (Electrical), but logged to different locations. My colleage @Alisha and I have both checked it and cannot find a single reason why they would of failed and not followed their location pathway.

Could this to be to do with the latest update?

The Copy Request function is exactly what it says, a button to copy a Request.

What you are describing is a Request Template.
These are available as part of the Auto Responder functionality so you could achieve this by raising the request via email.

You could also build this into an Auto Task triggered by a Custom Button and copying the required information over using the Log Request node, which allows you to copy specific values across, set others to fixed values or variables, and leave others blank as required.

Thank you @Steve Giller, I think this might be the best option as the specific anaylst raising the issue is not a common user of the system and only really does one task so having a template via email might work out best. I will look to use some executive hours to see how this might look for us, thanks!

  6. One of our analysts has raised the below:

"I have also noticed that if you click the 3 dots next to Raise new it shows you can copy request which I thought 'great, means I can put a request for 10 separate cars and amend the details as necessary' but this is just an exact copy of the original request I logged.  When we have to send out X number of vehicle service requests, it would be really useful if it could copy the basic info, my name, area and all data except the variable fields, or make it so the copy of the request can be amended for those fields we need to change.

It is very time consuming typing every field and slows us down tremendously."

Is this something that could be looked into, as in this instance the individual could be logging 30+ almost-identical requests and having to fill in the customer information and basic info multiple times.

    Thanks in advance

  7. Morning

Our teams have been experiencing the below error message on a particular business process since the last update. It is one whereby it is failing before the 'Analyst Assigned' stage, which IS not set in the BP to auto assign. I am then having to go in a restart the business process which is allowing it to flow correctly (screenshot taken after restart).

Has anyone else experienced this and got a quick fix? It is only happening on one particular catalog item with one flow attached.

  8. I have been asked whether there is a way of displaying logged jobs for specific locations on the portal for all users to see?

We've looked into using measures and widgets but can't seem to locate a link through, so assuming its not possible. Ideally, we want an automated way of showing staff all jobs listed to a specific location to try and limit the amount of repeat jobs our staff have to categorise/close because they're already being worked on. I know we have the link functionality, but that doesn't help our customers.

Ideally I don't want to rely on bulletins as they are so user intensive to keep up to date.
