  1. we are trying to assign to a specific owner and team via api call... I was expecting a JSON as response, while I'm getting an html response... with no relevant information and moreover without assign the request to the owner what we are doing wrong?
  2. I need to find the request number starting from a code that we store in the timeline for auditing purpose. is there a way to get this code for example with a direct database query?

  6. @Steve Giller I have a similar issue, usually the tasks are assigned to a team, but the team members cannot reassign to another team the task. this usually happens when a team escalate the request to another team, all the created tasks cannot be edited and assigned to the new team, unless it is assigned to a specific Owner. It seems like there's no more the possibility edit the task assignment vs another team, while I'm sure this was available some time ago (couple of months maybe not more )

  10. @James Ainsworth thank you, but this doesn't answer my question I've assigned the admin the indicated role "Advanced Reporting Admin" but this seem to me to be not enough, also from the wiki it seems a secondary role is required, but I was unable to find a secondary role that has the "Execute Stored Queries" and "Update Records" system rights thank you!
  11. can you please explain better, how to see the Entity Explorer again (in the previous admin portal it was available to the admin by default if I'm not wrong) also the wiki still refers to the old admin portal in the howto link

  14. As far as I know the numbers of row limit for excel report is 25000 row. If this is true, there a way to increase the limit? thank you!

  18. @Kevin Kennedy in my case I had trouble to directly connect to the sccm database, so i decided to use an odbc connection and currently the import tool is retrieve the data via this odbc connection.
