  1. Thank you @James Ainsworth I was quite sure there's not such option per service, but just wanted to be 100% sure.
  2. is there a way to the disable the update action from the Employee Portal, better is disable it for a specific service. thanks
  3. Hi, Which API can be used to retrieve the questions and answers associated to a service request/indident? Thanks
  4. @Steve Giller + @Steve G As for comments, attachments and status changes, an indication of the action arrives in the webhook and thanks to the activityID it is possible, using API calls, to trace the last update of the comment or attachment type. In this case this pattern is not respected. Which API should I call to intercept the last "Reply" type comment?
  5. @Steve Giller we have evaluated this too in the past but the iBridge solution seems to me it can't satisfy out need, a comment can happen in a random time and therefore i can't predict this in a BPM flow, or am I wrong?
  6. @Steve Giller thanks for the reply, since we are working on integrate Hornbill with Jira, is there a way to get the content of an update, beside the webhooks?
  7. @Steve Giller unfortunately not, the customer is the user's manager
  8. I need to get a user legal entity starting from a custom field value, stored in the user properties at "Attribute 3", I'm wondering how this can be achieved at a BPM stage, can you please help me out?
  9. I would like to produce a report with a column reporting the "child" request of a "father" request I know that in horbill there's no father-child related request but more left or right related... this is just to explain that my report will have as a first column the request ID it self and the last column will have eventually the linked request ID reference. thank you!
  10. @Gerry thank you very much for this in deep explanation, I really appreciate it. This level of details will sure guarantee us to take the right decision/path to follow. Again Thank you.
  11. @Gerry and @Steve G Thank you both. I was not aware that the JSON payload is not officially supported. Our partner is using Jira (we have outsourced them a specific service) and we are implementing an integration with our instance. do you suggest to use instead the xmlmc payload instead of the JSON one?
  12. @Steve G @Steve Giller @Victor we are receiving this error message from api we used to test in our Jira integration has something been changed on your side? thanks
  13. @James Ainsworth I made a test on copy measure and it works as you supposed, the measure is still in running state so I expect the old data will be there. thanks
  14. we are currently monitoring the backlog of a specific Team, now this team will be splitted in 5 different teams (with geographical area competence), which will be the impact to the measure? if i change the query on the measure, the already sampled date will still be available? for example if I change the query from: to this:
  15. @Steve G & @Steve Giller we were able to figure it out, now we want to bring further the integration with Jira, so we would like to test some API calls, the question is, which is the best practice for choosing a right user to create an API key against? I mean, if i create an API key from my user, whith this key you can potentially do any action in my name (and with all my permission), right? Also if we want to post update against timeline and requests, the API key should be linked to a licensed service manager user with right access to request type and services, right?
  16. @James Ainsworth & @QEHNick +1 here... i cannot find the design feature anymore
  17. @Steve Giller I confirm it worked exactly as you said and reported into the wiki. Thanks
  18. @Steve Giller from the wiki it's stated that the "CleanRequests" set to false will clear all the request from the instance, are you sure?
  19. i was trying to delete a specific request from our instance, due to a wrong setup, some requests were created without an associated BPM. I was trying with the clean utility, but I receive an error message... so it seem i've not correctly setup the conf.json any help would be appreciated
  20. Could you please help out here on what has to be posted in the mandatory fields? i see no reference in the wiki or elsewhere. we are using on Jira side: - Jira Service Management Cloud is this version supported by iBridge? is the method correct or is better to use the Jira Cloud method?
  21. @James Ainsworth thanks for the feedback, i only saw your post today, I see it already enabled which is good
  22. @James Ainsworth the table attachment is joined and is working fine as expected, the message is related to the cmdb links table, and after some attempt I've found a relationship, but I'm unsure that the relationship I've made is the right one!
