  1. @Victor yes it's true but it also true that you can find some release notes in the description and the audit of the change applied (time and date)
  2. @Jeremy you can do some customization from here I don't think what you are asking for can be achieved, but i will let hornbill staff reply on this
  3. We found the recent feature introduced for the Assets, very usefull. unfortunately we discovered some issues: 1. there's no column available in the list view for tags, this prevents to check at a glance which asset is assigned 2. there's no way to export data contained in tags from this view and also which is the table that stores the tags in Database? i would like to use it in report, but wasn't able to identify it 3. there's a strange behaviour against language: I create a tag in English, an Italian co-worker with his profile language set to Italian is able to apply the english tag, but refresching the page the tag suddenly disappers, and if applied again you recevei an error message that states the tag is already applied. As a workaround I've transleted in all support language we have in our instance with the default english word
  4. @Victor the patch worked fine for me, thanks. Since the post of SM 2041 has been removed I'm no more able to see the release note, when it will be possible to see the new feature of this release again? Also currently our App Service Manager is in an unknow state (same as @Daniel)
  5. @Victor thanks for the feedback I'm applying the workaround with success, it is really time consuming, please give us a solution, the sooner the better.
  6. @Victor I've applied this update to our instance and now we are in trouble, is there a way to rollback?
  7. @Victor can you please mention in this post a product manager and/or a developer that can provide us a feedback on the topic? thank you.
  8. @Victor can you help us? maybe @TrevorHarris is busy or out of office?!?
  9. @Dan Munns I see your point and it's not 100% clear to me to, but I'm not an expert. What my mind is suggesting me is: I made no changes on SSO-ADFS, what is changed in on Hornbill side, there's something to adjust there. At this point we need some explanation from you guys in Hornbill. Thank you!
  10. @themingsen @Dan Munns from what I understood from @TrevorHarris the SSO passthrough option has to be configured on our side (ADFS in my case) and not on the Hornbill side. How it could be done I don't know, but I'm in touch with our SSO expert... as far I discover something I will let you know.
  11. @Deen & @James Ainsworth thank you for your reply, this works also for the ticket timeline or it is a different story?
  12. @TrevorHarris can you explain better? this mean that has to be adjusted on Hornbill side or in ADFS side?
  13. I'm sure this question is recurring, but I need to edit a post in workspace; I've read in the past there's an option for an admin but I don't remember how. Can you help me out or am I wrong?
  14. Probably this was already said before, but I should have lost it. is there a way to customize the landing page for the new SSO method?
  15. @Bob Dickinson thank you very much this is absolutely useful.
  16. @Bob Dickinsonthat would be perfect, separate line for incident and SR the top!
  17. I wonder which is the best way to provide a dashboard to our Management in which they can easily see the trend of closing requests within SLA on a montly basis. the report should answer to the question: "how many requests (IN and SR) were closed within the fix time this month/quarter/year against the previous month/quarter/year?" Any suggestion is appreciated!
  18. @James Ainsworth yes James I know, but some action have to be completed within the response time and therefore is under the owner duty; it may happen that a team manager may need to reassign the task (due to the owner unplanned day-off/ owner beeing sick / and similar circumstances). Have the task assigned to an owner but shared with the team would give the team manager the possibility to better manage the daily tasks. Thank you
  19. @James Ainsworth thank you very much for the follow-up. I really appreciate it
  20. @Steven Boardman thanks for both update... i will try to see the differences and eventually revert until the next Service Manager Update. Thank you! ...as usual a great job.
  21. I'm not able to understand how i can apply colour code to the updated depending on the source... system customer or analyst...
