Ticket Timeline Report

Hi

I want to create a report that also extracts the ticket timeline.
I can create a current report showing all items of a call, such as ref, user name, summary, details etc.

What table within entity viewer holds the ticket timeline data for me to cross reference to.

The tables containing the timeline are optimised for performance rather than searching, and reporting on these is not recommended.

I would suggest holding back on this report and utilising the HAi "Summarise Request" functionality once it is fully available to provide this information in a field that you can then report on.

@Mark (ESC) The other option is the Print option directly from the request, where you can choose what to include in the report output

This would give you all the request information and the timeline details, but as it is not a system report it could not scheduled.
