api.xmlmc.includeArchiveUsers

I have turned this on in the hopes our analysts are still able to view archived users when using filters, searches or even the dynamic drop down user pickers, Unfortunately this doesn't seem to affect any of that?

Hi @Jim

This setting doesn't really apply to the UI elements, it's aimed (as the api.xmlmc. prefix suggests) at more behind the scenes uses - e.g. whether to show archived Users when displaying activity stream followers, post likes, workspace members, participants in conversations - those kind of areas.

@Jim is there a particular area that you are trying to search for the archived users?

It would be very useful to have the option to toggle on archived users in the Data Query - Search All Users for capture forms. This is required for things such as Out of Office and Return To Work requests being raised for users who may have already been disabled due to being inactive. At the moment we're relying on free text with regex to force a username format, but obviously this leaves it open to spelling errors and variations between display names and usernames etc.

@Jim When searching for Co-workers in the search bar at the top, you will be able to set the filter to Archived(next to the Co-workers button) which will display the Co-workers that have been archived with the search parameters used - Please see screenshot:

For the requests list it appears that there is no filter option that applies to users with status, only the status of the request/incident but it does appear that if an Archived user is the Owner of a Request/Incident then the Request still shows in the main list view with them being presented as the owner.
