Alisha Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Good afternoon, We would like to use the Data Query - Search All Users. However, if an account is Archived, it doesn't appear in this list. Is there a way to make all accounts (including Archived and Suspended) appear in the drop-down list please? We would prefer to use the Data Query to eliminate the human error element when typing in the user details. Many thanks, Alisha
CraigP Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 To my knowledge this isn't available, but it's been a while since I've looked at it. It would be useful because this has caused a headache for some processes, specifically our "Return to Work" process where obviously the account has been disabled and is now archived in Hornbill, and the entire point of the request is to be able to select an archived account to be re-instated.
CraigP Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Interesting, we appear to have that set to "on" already, but it does not seem to cause archived users to appear in a user lookup on a capture form. Curious to know what areas of Hornbill it does impact.

Alisha Posted October 23, 2023 Author Posted October 23, 2023 Is there another way that we can show Archived Users in a Data Query please? 1
Alisha Posted October 23, 2023 Author Posted October 23, 2023 It appears that Suspended users do appear in a Data Query, so this may be a way around it.
