Adrian Simpkins Posted August 22, 2023 Share Posted August 22, 2023 Hi All, I have one full User who has had an issue adding attachments to 2 requests in the last week. I have been able to attach the documents myself, but when she tries it she gets an error message advising 'Error: Encountered an error when attaching the file to the Request'. I have checked her roles and all looks fine - would this error be appearing just due to a connection glitch at time of attachment, or does it indicate something else please? I have also got her to restart the computer in case some updates are causing problems, but still has the issue Anyone else seeing anything similar, or know why this one User gets this error please? James Ainsworth Posted August 22, 2023 Share Posted August 22, 2023 Could you check the size of the attachment? It should give an appropriate message saying that it is too big but worth checking.
