One user getting an error when trying to attach documents to requests

Hi All,

I have one full User who has had an issue adding attachments to 2 requests in the last week. I have been able to attach the documents myself, but when she tries it she gets an error message advising 'Error: Encountered an error when attaching the file to the Request'. I have checked her roles and all looks fine - would this error be appearing just due to a connection glitch at time of attachment, or does it indicate something else please? I have also got her to restart the computer in case some updates are causing problems, but still has the issue

Anyone else seeing anything similar, or know why this one User gets this error please?

Could you check the size of the attachment?  It should give an appropriate message saying that it is too big but worth checking.  Attachments also only allow set file types.

Hi James - one file was 250kb and the other was around 650kb. I was able to upload both with no issues on her behalf. I was thinking about getting her browser reinstalled in case there was something local to her PC

Thanks for the update.  Let us know if they continue to have issues and we can do some more investigating.
