Create New Request (Agent) - Service Quick Search

Hi,

We would find it useful if from an agent create new request function view you could start typing to refine the available services.

Although the Service Category filter is useful it would be ideal if there was a search box which searched for words in the Service descriptions too as our agents would have a greater chance of selecting the right service especially where our employees use aliases and other key terms often not contained in the Service name when communicating with us.

This would be similar to the ability to search for Services in the Linked Services action within Requests.

We have a change in the backlog for adding functionality to search the Service Name, although there is no update on progress at this time.

I am aware that Development have seen the suggestion of searching the Service Description as well, again that's as much detail as I have.

Appreciate there is lots going on as usual - I wondered if there was any further updates available on this item?

We would really like this feature as well, I've been asked several times about this from our Analysts.
Hopefully we see this one soon, this would be a great addition.
