Housekeeping

I need to do a bit of housekeeping on our BPM’s and IC’s – as we’ve grown it’s all got a bit muddled and there are several BPMs and IC’s that could do with being moved out of the way.

What’s the best way to go about this?  Is there somewhere I can check to see which ones are currently in use?   How do I de-activate them – I can only see an option to delete.

There's a report on the thread below that returns the Active Services along with the associated Catalog Items and their Captures and Business Processes that may assist here.

 

Deactivating a Business Process is performed by opening the Publishing Manager, then clicking on the green "Active" button which will give you the option to deactivate:
