Malcolm Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 We have clients (guests) complaining that the customer portal has a very short inactivity lease. Can this be extended so that the portal doesn't timeout so quickly. I have noticed that I do not have the same issue however I log in as an agent.
