Issue with waiting for Authorisors

When logging changes we have noticed recently that some of these requests are not allowing us to add authorisors.

This is the running BPM where it has suspended:

But in the request, there is no Key icon to add the authorisors:

Can anyone shed any light as to why this is happening? As there doesn't seem to be a way to get the icon to appear, can this icon not be set in the Request Types within Services rather than forcing via the BPM?

The problem with doing this is that the Action would be available from the very start.  There would be no control at which point the authorisation needs to go out.  Looking at your checkpoints, someone could sent the authorisation out even before it is assigned to anyone.  Also, this has been designed to allow for multiple authorisations to take place through the life of the request.  There wouldn't be a way to trigger authorisations for different things if the same action was always visible.

The Wait for List of Authorisers also needs to be followed by the Auto Assign Authorisation node.  It is the Auto Assign Authorisation  that actually sends out the authorization to those that were captured in the Wait for List of Authorisers.  But maybe you have this a little further up the workflow, and it just can't be seen in the screenshot.

This ticket wouldn't happen to have the status set to On-hold would it?  Just looking at the list of available actions, it seems like there are not too many visible.
