Jeremy Posted October 25, 2021 Share Posted October 25, 2021 We have noticed that when searching for some information the system does not return all the data, we have serial numbers of new equipment in our system and when searching something these appear and other they do not... I wonder if someone could let me know if there is something wrong or if it's something we are doing? James Ainsworth Posted October 25, 2021 Share Posted October 25, 2021 Hi Jeremy, Often this comes down to indexing. For some reason, this particular item may not have been included in the index.
