Description formatting in requests

Is there a way to get the description of requests to wordwrap at the end of a word?!

If I log a request with quite a long description in the Employee Portal the wordwrapping works out ok:

 

 

 

However if I look at the same request in Service Manager the formatting is all over the place!

 

 

Is there a setting for this? Or is this 'normal'? I have to say I've only just noticed it after all this time of using Service Manager?

Thanks for the post.  I've had a look and will get a fix in place for the next update so that it will break correctly on full words as per the employee portal view.
