attachments Error opening attachments within a request

In a request we are getting this error when trying to open/download the file that has been attached to a request:

Is there an issue that we need to be aware of?

I've not seen any other reports of issues downloading attachments.  I just wanted to check if you are still experiencing this?

@James Ainsworth yes we are still having this error but this is now appearing when trying to open a file from an email that has been sent in:

We are seeing more and more instances now of us not being able to open attachments either attached to the request or in the inbox when trying to view directly from the email.

Would it be possible for someone to take a look to try to resolve this issue for us? We believe that we are within our storage limits etc so can see no reason why this is happening. Some of our attachments are time sensitive for students and claiming allowances etc and would appreciate a speedy response to this issue.
