AWeaire Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Since the attachment issue today we are no longer able to read the body of any emails in Hornbill. They show in the timeline, but if you try to open them or go to the inbox, the body is now blank. When you first try to open an email it looks like it tries to render the text, then disappears and you are stuck with the below empty div? Please help. Thanks.
Kate Sandall Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Same problem for us. Though if you hit forward, or raise a request from the email, then you can see the content at that point.
