Could someone advise what the syntax is for Rule Expressions In System\Email\Routing Rules. Thank you

Here is an example from our system, the key thing to note is that routing rules apply to all mailboxes, so if you have multiple mailboxes worth putting the mailbox criteria. Also note we use a longer reference format, IDXIN00000000, so I would suspect the reference format would be different for you.

Thanks Martyn. If i was putting in multiple email addresses to exclude from logging automatically, are they divided by and?

You can use 'and' or you could use the 'NOT IN ('email1','email2')' expression format.
