enhancement request Feedback in Emails

Can it be possible to have the feedback questions to be included in the HTML email so that customers can complete the feedback/survey within the email (like the authorisation approve/reject buttons) and then for this feedback to go onto the relevant request?

Hi Jeremy,

I'm not sure this is possible.  In comparison, I've just had a look at Survey Monkey who specialize in on-line surveys to see what they do.  It seems that they have a way to display their first question on the email, but it ends up just being a link to take you to the full survey where the remainder has to be completed. As these are links, only a single action associated with the selected response will be sent back.  (https://www.surveymonkey.com/curiosity/new-boost-completion-rates-with-embedded-questions-in-emails/). 

But, I'm not an expert in the area so a developer may correct me.
