stuartmclennan Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 Hi I have recently attached teams/organisations to each service we have however for some reason a selected few organisations have no services attached to them, the pictures attached shows the issues, can anyone advise how I can subscribe services to the organisation?
stuartmclennan Posted November 14, 2019 Author Posted November 14, 2019 Hi I can also confirm that I have checked all services and Moto has been added to each service as an organisation however still not showing when going to raise a call against a Moto site.
Guest Chaz Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 @stuartmclennan if I'm not mistaken, these stores/organisations have been imported as Contacts? At least this appears to be the Contacts view. Could it be that an org with the same was subscribed instead of the contact that was created?

Most likely an issue with incorrect containers, which (it think..iirc) was happening in earlier version of the contact import tool ... @stuartmclennan my colleagues from Customer Success team will be in contact with you so we can have a look and fix any underlying issue in your instance.
Steven Cotterell Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 @Victor, this worries me as I was about to use the Contact Importer tool to bulk add some contacts for an existing Organisation, plus if this goes well, add a bunch of new contacts to a new Organisation. Victor Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 @Steven Cotterell - I am not entirely 100% sure if the import tool had a defect (hence my "I think" and "if I remember correctly")... what I can say for sure is that using the latest version you posted won't cause the issue. 1
