Missing filter option

Despite being able to show Department on the request list, it is missing from the advanced filter.

Hi Carl,

We have added the Department field so that it will be available for use in the Advanced Filter.  This is currently planned for the next Service Manager update which you should see over the next couple of weeks.

I'll post back here once it is available in the Live environment.

Hi Carl,

I just wanted to let you know that as of Service Manager build 2030 we have added Department to the list of available criteria on the Advance Filter.  This will already be available to you.  Hope this helps.
