Assignment dependent on time logged

Is there a way to set a business process up so that during say the hours of 0800-1700, it assigns to a certain team and anything logged outside of these hours is logged to another team?

Hi @Lauren, thanks for your post.

I believe you can achieve this with the 'Get Request Information' Hornbill automated task and a decision node:

There is a property called 'Time Logged' which gives you the number of seconds in the day since 00:00:00. The following example is looking for calls logged between 9am and 5pm
